Description

  • Own new client requisitions and translate complex hiring needs into actionable search strategies for a variety of roles.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand client business models, hiring objectives, and the rationale behind each request.
  • Guide and manage the Sourcing team by defining ideal candidate profiles and calibrating the pipeline to client requirements.
  • Conduct end-to-end interviews for candidates ranging from entry-level to executive-level roles.
  • Vet candidates for technical ability, English proficiency, and overall quality before presenting profiles to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to refine searches based on feedback and improve candidate acceptance rates.
  • Coordinate with the Product Delivery Specialist to ensure post-sales client requests are feasible and aligned with company standards.
  • Lead sourcing and evaluation for hard-to-fill or specialized roles that require creative problem-solving and deeper assessment.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in an agency, RPO, or managed staffing environment.
  • 4 to 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience hiring across multiple industries and job functions without relying on a single niche.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance CSM needs with talent market realities.
  • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews for diverse roles.
  • Deep understanding of job boards and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience identifying hard-to-find candidates for difficult roles.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates for remote work readiness and high-quality standards.
  • Monthly net rate of ₱40,000 to ₱50,000, depending on experience and technical recruiting capability.
