Description

  • Upload and curate engaging multimedia content across social media platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions, inquiries, reviews, and customer feedback.
  • Gather audience, engagement, competitor, and industry trend insights to inform marketing efforts.
  • Develop or oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and post planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on content development, strategy, and promotional initiatives.
  • Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses for partnership opportunities.
  • Write captions, descriptions, and other social media copy.
  • Assist the Ad Manager with implementing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a B2 level or higher.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, and print/web design.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • A compelling portfolio showing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Must be located in the US.
  • Availability to work US hours for 20-40 hours per week.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable speed and a 10 Mbps backup connection.
