Description

Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Perform keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content.
Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta-tag optimization, and content enhancement.
Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO.
Monitor technical SEO issues and recommend fixes to improve website performance.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in SEO strategy.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve SEO results.
Assist in planning and implementing content strategies tailored to the brand’s audience.
Work closely with marketing and development teams to achieve SEO objectives.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms such as WordPress or Wix.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on a graveyard shift.
Technical setup requirements including a USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, 1.8 GHz computer with at least 4GB RAM, and stable internet with at least 25 Mbps main connection and 10 Mbps backup connection.
