Description

  • Design and implement high-quality software applications and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define software requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and uphold best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality through testing and validation.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on technical challenges and career growth.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate learnings into projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with web frameworks and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Nice to have: experience leading software development teams.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Nice to have: experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Nice to have: background in machine learning or data analytics.
  • Nice to have: experience with mobile application development.
