Description

  • Shape product roadmaps and write user stories, prioritizing features for market validation and seamless user experiences.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and other PMs in rapid sprints to prototype, test, and deploy new capabilities.
  • Create screencasts and product videos to showcase features and support adoption.
  • Own product marketing work such as messaging, demos, and materials that communicate product value.
  • Collect user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and improve retention.
  • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
  • Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align priorities and dashboards with the C-level team.
  • Support the founding team with operational execution and strategic work in a fast-paced startup setting.

Requirements

  • Experience in a startup or consulting environment, preferably in product or operations.
  • Experience with 0→1 product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to build playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
  • Hands-on capability with video tools, Canva, SQL analytics, and productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to create prototypes for engineers and designers to understand, including vibe-coding prototypes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data patterns into product decisions.
  • Clear communication skills for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content.
  • Interest in or experience with UI/UX, AI, and software engineering is a plus.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred, though all candidates will be considered.
