Description

  • Lead hands-on ad creation and run A/B tests across headlines, images, calls to action, formats, and hooks.
  • Plan, launch, and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Manage and scale ad budgets tied to growth goals, with a focus on efficient spend and strong return on ad spend.
  • Optimize campaigns by scaling high-performing creative variants and maintaining fresh ad libraries with updated copy, visuals, and videos.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and creative fatigue, then use insights to improve campaigns.
  • Iterate creative and testing strategies based on real-time performance data and platform trends.
  • Stay current on short-form video, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithm changes to inform creative experiments.
  • Collaborate with team members to report performance and drive creative optimizations.
  • Own performance reporting and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid marketing.
  • Experience managing ad budgets from $0 to $1M–$5M ARR, with consistent ROAS outcomes preferred.
  • 3x+ ROAS performance is preferred.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with A/B testing, creative optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in team settings.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, data-driven role.
