Description

  • Lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing across headlines, images, CTAs, formats, and hooks to improve engagement and ROAS.
  • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage and scale ad budgets from $0 to $1M-$5M ARR with a focus on efficiency and return on spend.
  • Optimize ad spend by scaling high-performing creative variants and keeping ad libraries fresh with updated copy, visuals, and videos.
  • Monitor CTR, conversion rates, creative fatigue, and other performance metrics to guide iteration and testing.
  • Analyze real-time performance data to refine creative assets and campaign strategy.
  • Stay current on short-form video, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithm trends to inform creative experiments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-autonomy, high-visibility environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid marketing.
  • Experience managing ad budgets in the $0 to $1M-$5M ARR range, with 3x+ ROAS preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Comfort with A/B testing, creative optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
