Description

  • Lead hands-on creation of ad copy, static visuals, motion graphics, short-form videos, and carousel assets.
  • Design and run A/B tests across headlines, images, CTAs, formats, and hooks to improve engagement and ROAS.
  • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Iterate creative assets based on real-time performance data and campaign results.
  • Partner with design and video teams to produce polished assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants and maintaining fresh ad libraries.
  • Monitor CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue to inform creative iteration and testing strategy.
  • Stay current on short-form video, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithm trends to guide creative experiments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in ad production and A/B testing that has delivered strong ROAS, ideally 3x+.
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, and Canva.
  • Experience with ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong copywriting, visual design, and video editing skills, supported by a portfolio of performance-tested assets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive creative optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in team settings.
