Description

  • Lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing across headlines, images, CTAs, formats, and hooks to improve engagement and ROAS.
  • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Manage and scale ad budgets from $0 to the $1M-$5M ARR range while maintaining efficient return on spend.
  • Optimize budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants and keeping ad libraries fresh with updated copy, visuals, and videos.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue, then use insights to refine ad assets and testing strategies.
  • Stay current on short-form video trends, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithm changes to inform creative experiments.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate performance findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Drive performance reporting and use data to identify what is working and what needs improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid marketing.
  • Experience managing ad budgets in the $0 to $1M-$5M ARR range with consistent ROAS outcomes, with 3x+ ROAS preferred.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing, creative optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving creative optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in team settings.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience planning, launching, testing, and scaling campaigns in a B2B environment.
