Description

  • Own customers from signed contract through implementation, launch, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Configure workflows, call forwarding, prompts, transfer rules, scheduling, notifications, integrations, and automations.
  • Build and improve AI agent prompts, workflows, actions, escalation logic, SMS rules, and knowledge integrations.
  • Implement new back-office workflows as Central expands beyond voice and front-desk automation.
  • Run integrations with systems including athenahealth, Brightree, Availity, and NexHealth.
  • Lead onboarding calls, implementation sessions, customer check-ins, and troubleshooting calls.
  • Investigate and reproduce technical issues, review configurations, and escalate problems to engineering when needed.
  • Triage engineering issues, provide context, verify fixes, and communicate resolutions to customers.
  • Identify churn risks and account expansion opportunities based on customer needs and value.
  • Create playbooks and automation improvements from recurring implementation challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, technical account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing B2B software role.
  • Experience directly managing a customer or implementation portfolio.
  • Hands-on experience configuring customer software, workflow builders, or automation tools.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with telephony, VoIP, SIP, EHRs, APIs, webhooks, or workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Availability during US business hours regardless of location.
  • Experience in front-office, practice-management, or healthcare operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Linear or Jira, Stripe, Slack, AI agents, AI-powered workflows, or expansion revenue (preferred).
