Description

  • Create design assets using existing templates and established brand guidelines with AI tools.
  • Produce social media posts, simple advertisements, basic flyers, and presentations.
  • Resize, adapt, and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Apply feedback accurately and promptly across design revisions.
  • Organize and manage design files within shared folders or asset repositories.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during check-ins and brief reviews.
  • Perform ad hoc design-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or design support roles.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency.
  • Intermediate to advanced reading and comprehension skills for briefs, brand instructions, and revision notes.
  • Good to strong written English skills for feedback, captions, task updates, and internal communication.
  • Conversational spoken English skills with a neutral or clearly understandable accent preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured briefs.
  • Open to feedback and able to work efficiently on revisions.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Canva for templated or quick-turn designs.
  • Ability to use Google Drive or a shared asset repository.
  • Working computer capable of running design software smoothly, reliable internet connection, and working webcam for meetings and check-ins.
