Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain the property management web application.
  • Build and support listing management, client management, tenant management, and maintenance request features.
  • Implement client-facing and internal-facing screens.
  • Develop both front-end and back-end components of the application.
  • Integrate APIs and MySQL-based data flows into the system.
  • Optimize the application regularly to improve user experience.
  • Work independently and take ownership of assigned development tasks.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience building applications using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
  • Ability to develop both front-end and back-end of web applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs and MySQL for data integration.
  • Familiarity with the Ubuntu operating system.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
  • Experience developing property management systems is preferred.
