Description

  • Build pixel-perfect landing pages in Framer with micro-interactions, scroll-based animations, and fast load times.
  • Prototype, test, and refine motion sequences that help the company stand out from competitors.
  • Map narrative arcs, user flows, and conversion goals for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Translate early ideas and copy into high-fidelity visuals, sometimes starting in Figma and finishing in Framer.
  • Maintain a reusable design system that works across multiple product sites and campaigns.
  • Run rapid A/B tests in Framer by adjusting sections, CTAs, and animation timing.
  • Ensure pages perform well across devices, ship with strong Lighthouse scores, and meet basic SEO standards.
  • Document best practices, component libraries, and hand-off guides for other builders.
  • Create reusable Framer components such as hero sections, pricing tables, and testimonial sliders.
  • Benchmark competitor sites and help establish a distinctive M32 AI web aesthetic.

Requirements

  • Strong Framer expertise, including variables, code overrides, and CMS.
  • Experience with motion design and the ability to prototype in Figma or After Effects when needed.
  • Knowledge of performance budgets, lazy-loading strategies, and modern web standards.
  • A product-minded approach to design that emphasizes hypothesis, testing, iteration, and learning.
  • Ability to thrive in async, fast-iteration, founder-driven environments.
  • A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create highly engaging, attention-grabbing web pages.
  • Comfort working full time in a remote role.
  • Preferred: experience with conversion optimization and growth-focused landing pages.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI and design tools such as Framer Pro, Figma, GPT-4, Claude, v0, LottieFiles, and Spline.
  • Preferred: ability to collaborate on live design critiques and complete a Framer build test during hiring.
