Description

  • Build pixel-perfect landing pages in Framer with micro-interactions, scroll-based animations, and fast load times.
  • Prototype, test, and refine complex motion sequences that differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Map narrative arcs, user flows, and conversion goals for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Translate early-stage ideas and copy into high-fidelity visuals, often starting in Figma and finishing in Framer.
  • Maintain a reusable design system that scales across multiple product sites and marketing campaigns.
  • Run rapid A/B tests in Framer by adjusting sections, calls to action, and animation timing.
  • Ensure pages ship fast, work across devices, and meet basic SEO standards.
  • Document best practices, component libraries, and handoff guides for other builders.
  • Create reusable Framer components such as hero sections, pricing tables, and testimonial sliders.
  • Benchmark web experiences against competitors and keep the visual direction ahead of the market.

Requirements

  • Strong experience using Framer, including variables, code overrides, and CMS.
  • Ability to prototype in Figma or After Effects when needed.
  • Understanding of motion design and polished animation work.
  • Knowledge of performance budgets, lazy-loading strategies, and modern web standards.
  • Comfort working in async, fast-iteration, founder-driven environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong conversion-focused web design and motion work.
  • Experience treating design as a product through hypothesis, testing, and iteration.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern design stack tools such as Framer Pro, Figma, GPT-4, Claude, v0, LottieFiles, and Spline is a plus.
