Description

  • Build pixel-perfect landing pages in Framer with micro-interactions, scroll-based animations, and fast load times.
  • Prototype, test, and refine complex motion sequences that distinguish the company’s sites from competitors.
  • Map narrative arcs, user flows, and conversion goals for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Translate early ideas and copy into high-fidelity visuals, sometimes starting in Figma and finishing in Framer.
  • Maintain a scalable design system across multiple product sites and marketing campaigns.
  • Run rapid A/B experiments in Framer to improve sections, CTAs, and animation timing.
  • Ensure builds are performant, responsive across devices, and aligned with basic SEO standards.
  • Document best practices, component libraries, and handoff guides for other builders.
  • Create reusable Framer components for common page sections such as hero areas, pricing tables, and testimonial sliders.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in Framer, including variables, code overrides, and CMS.
  • Experience with motion design and the ability to prototype in Figma or After Effects when needed.
  • Understanding of performance budgets, lazy-loading strategies, and modern web standards.
  • Ability to work in an async, fast-iteration, founder-driven environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-converting, visually compelling web work.
  • Comfort treating design as a product process built on hypothesis, testing, learning, and iteration.
  • Experience working with AI design and build tools such as Framer Pro, Figma, GPT-4, Claude, v0, LottieFiles, or Spline is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver work that meets Lighthouse 90+ performance expectations is preferred.
