Description

  • Shape product roadmaps and write user stories to prioritize features and validate market fit.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product managers in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy new capabilities.
  • Record screencasts and product videos to showcase new features and support product adoption.
  • Own product marketing activities such as messaging, demos, and customer-facing materials.
  • Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze product metrics to improve the backlog and retention.
  • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and internal playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
  • Shadow customer interactions and synthesize insights into priorities and dashboards for leadership.
  • Work closely with the C-level team to align on priorities and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in a startup or consulting environment in product or operations.
  • Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to build playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data patterns into product decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with video tools and design tools such as Canva.
  • Working knowledge of SQL analytics.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, and HubSpot.
  • Clear communication skills for stakeholder updates and client-facing content.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
