Description

  • Manage and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS retention flows, including copy, creatives, strategy, execution, and A/B testing.
  • Support Meta Ads and Google Ads with consistent ecosystem messaging and review generation strategies.
  • Assist with retention optimization initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
  • Support customer segmentation efforts to improve retention performance.
  • Work within the client’s secure data privacy and credential management processes.
  • Collaborate on marketing activities aligned to the client’s e-commerce, clinics, and digital marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience in Klaviyo retention marketing is required.
  • Strong A/B testing experience.
  • Experience creating and managing email and SMS flows.
  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention strategies.
  • Ability to work Sydney time (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
  • Willingness to sign an NDA and follow strict data privacy compliance.
  • Comfortable working with secure credential management systems.
  • Preferred: experience with Zenoti, Tableau reporting, AI implementation, loyalty program integration, Shopify backend/API integration, or chatbot integrations.
  • Technical requirements: USB noise-cancelling headset, working webcam, computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, 25 Mbps main internet connection, and 10 Mbps backup internet connection.
