Description

  • Lead hands-on creation, testing, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, images, calls to action, formats, and hooks to improve engagement and ROAS.
  • Manage and scale advertising budgets, with ownership across the $0 to $1M-$5M ARR range.
  • Optimize ad spend by scaling high-performing creative variants and refreshing ad libraries with updated copy, visuals, and video assets.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue, and use insights to iterate campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify what is working and guide creative and testing strategy.
  • Stay current on short-form video, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithm trends to inform experiments.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate results, share insights, and support campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid marketing.
  • Experience managing ad budgets in the $0 to $1M-$5M ARR range, with 3x+ ROAS preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing, creative optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving optimization decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
