Description

  • Manage patient intake reviews and perform accurate data entry for intake forms.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using online calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Contact patients to obtain missing information or request additional documentation.
  • Upload patient information to the RX portal and coordinate medication submissions with providers.
  • Share shipment tracking numbers with patients and coordinate logistics once medications are dispatched.
  • Handle patient communications across phone, email, and instant messaging, including FAQs, feedback, concerns, and general inquiries.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and internal teams.
  • Perform ad hoc operational tasks and collaborate with providers and internal teams on patient care and treatment management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Tech‑savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM platforms, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) and online calendars/scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Ability to work a graveyard shift aligned to Pacific Time (schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST).
  • Willingness to use or learn tools such as Monday.com (CRM), RX Portal, and FedEx tracking system (client will train).
  • Required equipment: USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Internet requirements: main cable connection ≥25 Mbps and backup connection ≥10 Mbps.
