Description

  • Handle client onboarding after the sales process is closed.
  • Manage follow-ups and document collection from clients.
  • Answer tax-related client questions and provide support.
  • Coordinate with sales and office teams to keep workflows moving.
  • Manage inbound calls, redirect inquiries, and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain communication threads and updates in Go High Level.
  • Support administrative projects and database updates.
  • Engage customers proactively and take initiative on ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B financial account environment.
  • Experience in financial services and the tax-related industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP tools.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift.
  • Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, and internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps main and 10 Mbps backup.
