Description

  • Handle new customer onboarding by following established SOPs.
  • Provide technical support for GoHighLevel, including Zoom account integration and phone verification issues.
  • Support Facebook Ads-related inquiries, including setting up Facebook Business Manager and managing ad accounts.
  • Answer basic questions about ad systems and Meta Ads workflows.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams through Discord.
  • Work collaboratively with offshore teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented, professional approach while supporting onboarding and customer support tasks.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accounts.
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding or customer support.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a very good accent required.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
  • Comfortable working with offshore teams.
  • Available for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Must have a working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
