Description

  • Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for market validation and seamless user experiences.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and PMs to prototype, test, and deploy product capabilities in fast-moving sprints.
  • Record screencasts and product videos to showcase new features and drive adoption.
  • Own product marketing tasks such as messaging, demos, and other materials that communicate product value.
  • Collect user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine the backlog and improve retention.
  • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
  • Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align priorities and dashboards with C-level stakeholders.
  • Support strategic and operational execution directly with M32 leadership in a hands-on startup environment.

Requirements

  • Startup or consulting background in product or operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 0→1 product launches is preferred.
  • Proven experience building playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with video tools, Canva, SQL analytics, and productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to create rough prototypes or "vibe-code" concepts for engineers and designers to understand.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify data patterns and translate them into product decisions.
  • Clear communication skills for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content.
  • Interest in or experience with UI/UX, AI, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
