Description

  • Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for market validation and seamless user experiences.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product managers to prototype, test, and deploy new capabilities in rapid sprints.
  • Record screencasts and product videos for new features to demonstrate functionality and support adoption.
  • Own product marketing work such as messaging, demos, and materials that clearly communicate product value.
  • Collect user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and improve retention.
  • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
  • Shadow customer interactions and synthesize insights to align priorities and dashboards with C-level stakeholders.
  • Support operational execution and strategic work directly with M32 leadership in a 0→1 product environment.

Requirements

  • Startup or consulting background in product or operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 0→1 product launches is preferred.
  • Proven experience building playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems is preferred.
  • Experience with UI/UX, AI, or software engineering is nice to have.
  • Hands-on experience with video tools and design tools such as Canva is expected.
  • Ability to work with SQL analytics and productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, and HubSpot is expected.
  • Ability to prototype in a way that helps engineers and design teams understand concepts is expected.
  • Strong analytical ability to spot data patterns and turn them into product decisions is expected.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in ambiguity are important.
  • Clear communication skills for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content are required.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
