Description

Review active files using cloud-based document management and time entry systems.
Capture key data points accurately from case files.
Evaluate file handling to identify strong practices and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare clear and concise written feedback.
Participate in calibration exercises to support audit consistency.
Support Quality Assurance and Client Audit Services as part of a national team.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.
5+ years of litigation experience.
Insurance defense experience preferred, but not required.
Auditing experience at an insurance carrier is a plus.
Current law license not required, but the license must have been in good standing when it lapsed.
Self-starter with acute attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to exercise professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
Experience with electronically stored information, document management systems, and computer-assisted review technologies is a plus.
