Description

  • Work directly on live Digital Twin deployment projects as a Deployment and Activation Coordinator.
  • Use building systems knowledge to collate, review, and process disparate datasets used to build Digital Twins.
  • Support the deployment of robust and reliable integrations with internal and external teams.
  • Keep the Manager of Deployment and Integrations informed daily on progress, issues, risks, and blockers.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager, project team, and other stakeholders to develop efficient solutions and achieve common goals.
  • Engage with Willow’s Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities and inform the roadmap.
  • Multi-task and prioritize workload independently while adapting to new ideas and approaches.
  • Contribute to deployment documentation, including process improvements, lessons learned, and how-to guidance.
  • Build cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout deployment efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Building Automation Services or project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
  • Solid understanding of building technology systems, including HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, access controls, and security technologies.
  • Understanding of proprietary and specialist system protocols related to building technology systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Electrical or engineering qualifications are preferred.
  • Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting or Building Automation Systems is valued.
  • Background in building services electrical and mechanical engineering, especially control and monitoring within the built environment, is valued.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel or MS SQL is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for life-long learning.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work flexibly and energetically.
