Description

  • Lead projects to improve collections and equipment recovery performance.
  • Develop, test, and optimize strategies addressing delinquency, fraud, theft, and asset loss.
  • Improve customer risk scoring using customer, payment, and operational data.
  • Optimize early-stage collections, payment plans, hard collections, repossession, and external escalation.
  • Analyze portfolio performance to identify patterns behind defaults, fraud, and equipment loss.
  • Design and test workflows, policies, communication strategies, and recovery approaches.
  • Define and improve KPIs across collections, fraud prevention, and repossession.
  • Use AI coding tools for data analysis, prototyping, automation, and internal tool development.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Analytics, and Marketing teams to implement changes.
  • Track outcomes and report progress to senior management and company founders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or product management experience in operationally complex businesses.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems, workflows, and operational data.
  • Ability to independently identify problems, test solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Experience with collections, delinquent customers, fraud prevention, or asset recovery preferred.
  • Fluent English at C1+ level; Russian proficiency is a plus.
  • Availability during US Eastern Time business hours.
