Description

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews of Spanish (United States) customer service content across assigned batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with project quality standards.
  • Identify systemic machine translation issues such as recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide high-level qualitative feedback for final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Review and refine machine-translated materials to improve linguistic accuracy and naturalness.
  • Work on intermittent, ad hoc tasks throughout the year based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Spanish (United States) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in linguistic quality review, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
  • Strong familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable quality feedback.
  • Availability for intermittent freelance work on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.
  • Experience with customer service content or general content review is relevant.
  • Hourly rate of $41.36 per hour.
