Description

  • Review and rate search-related content according to project rules and client expectations.
  • Use perspective and common facts to judge the quality of online search experiences.
  • Support the improvement of AI data by validating and enhancing project data.
  • Perform tasks independently on a flexible freelance schedule within weekly hour targets.
  • Complete required training, quality testing, and client entrance assessments before starting.
  • Follow confidentiality and NDA requirements to protect client information.
  • Conduct online research and work in a fast-changing web environment.
  • Work with project documentation and guidance to maintain rating consistency.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Hindi.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Deep understanding of popular Indian culture.
  • Ability to follow English instructions and adhere to client-specific project rules.
  • Strong online research skills and familiarity with the web.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable antivirus software installed for web-heavy work.
  • Must be the only Search Quality Rater in the household.
  • Must not participate in other search or ad rating programs such as Internet assessor or ads evaluator programs.
  • Must not have worked on Ads Quality Rating before.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must sign an NDA and complete client training and a difficult quality test before starting.
  • Must be able to apply with a Gmail address.
  • Candidates with prior Search Quality Rating experience or who have passed the test for this role are eligible to apply.
