Description

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews to verify linguistic accuracy and consistency across content batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with established quality standards.
  • Identify systemic machine translation issues, including recurring errors, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide qualitative feedback that supports final quality reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Review and refine French (Canada) customer service content to improve naturalness and accuracy.
  • Work on intermittent assignments as project needs arise throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in French (Canada) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in linguistic quality review, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
  • Strong familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable quality feedback.
  • Experience with customer service content (preferred).
  • Comfort with ad hoc, intermittent freelance work throughout the year.
