Description

  • Review and evaluate content according to defined project guidelines and criteria.
  • Annotate different types of content using structured labeling frameworks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Apply consistent judgment across tasks and maintain annotation quality through attention to detail.
  • Follow project updates and adapt to evolving guidelines and calibration requirements.
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines on a flexible, part-time schedule.
  • Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to align with project standards and quality expectations.
  • Communicate basic reasoning or clarifications in English when required by the project team.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in French (Canada) — C2 or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English to understand instructions and communicate basic reasoning when needed.
  • Professional experience preferred in localization QA, translation/revision, linguistic tasks, or data annotation for AI/ML systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to follow structured guidelines and make consistent decisions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large volumes of work.
  • Comfortable working with evolving guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms (music, podcasts, media) is a plus.
  • Availability to commit to the project duration (minimum 2–3 weeks) and expected part-time workload.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
  • Ability to work as an independent freelance contractor in Canada.
