Description

  • Localize, transcreate, and adapt music and media marketing content for the Spanish audience while preserving brand voice and messaging goals.
  • Write, review, and optimize marketing copy across multimedia products, digital campaigns, promotional materials, apps, and audience-facing communications.
  • Perform linguistic review of personal work and other localization team members’ content across all content types.
  • Copy-edit and fact check content to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct LQA testing for content published on live platforms, including music and app descriptions, marketing materials, and campaigns.
  • Research local content handling, terminology trends, product trends, and best localization practices for the Spanish market.
  • Report on data and assets across a broad range of media and content types.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Spanish market on marketing language, consumer preferences, media trends, and culturally relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with the global language team through virtual meetings and email to calibrate terminology, style, and market-specific insights.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree and 2+ years of experience in Media Marketing, Music Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Localization, Creative Copywriting, or a related field.
  • Proof of writing samples or marketing content contributions.
  • Experience in translation and localization of multimedia content.
  • Deep familiarity with local media channels, marketing trends, digital platforms, entertainment industries, and consumer culture in the Spanish market.
  • Ability to detect issues and inconsistencies quickly and make sound judgment calls.
  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Native-level fluency in Spanish (Spain).
  • Strong computer literacy; knowledge of iOS/macOS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to type in native-level language using an English keyboard.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a multicultural team.
  • Passion for media, music, entertainment, technology, and digital marketing ecosystems.
