Description

  • Review search results and provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions.
  • Complete tasks in Thai (Thailand) to support the client's search quality and AI data validation project.
  • Use an understanding of user intent and online search behavior to improve the search experience.
  • Work independently on a flexible schedule to meet weekly project goals.
  • Follow client instructions, project conventions, and quality standards accurately.
  • Pass learning modules and a client quality test before starting live work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Coordinate with project management during business hours when support is needed.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Thai (Thailand).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Thailand.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Thai (Thailand).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not participate in other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client rules and conventions.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Must apply with a Gmail address to meet client requirements.
