Description

  • Review search results and provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions.
  • Complete tasks in Simplified Chinese.
  • Use online research to assess search quality and user intent.
  • Follow client instructions, project conventions, and quality standards in English.
  • Work independently on a flexible schedule to meet weekly hour goals.
  • Participate in project onboarding, learning modules, and client-required testing before starting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Coordinate with project management during business hours when support is needed.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Simplified Chinese.
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Canada.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Simplified Chinese (China).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not participate in other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only person in the household working as a Search Quality Rater.
  • Web-savvy with excellent online research skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and pass the required learning modules and quality test before starting work.
