Description

  • Prepare client quotes and calculate project turnaround times.
  • Follow up on quotes to achieve target acceptance rates.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and changes in service usage.
  • Identify sales opportunities, including add-on business and account retention.
  • Plan sales strategies for existing clients with Business Developers.
  • Advise clients on project specifications, management approaches, and costs.
  • Improve workflows and reduce administrative tasks to increase margins.
  • Meet KPIs for quoted value, accepted value, and project pricing.
  • Communicate project information and client requests clearly to Project Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Register accurate client, legal entity, purchase order, and billing schedule information in project systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort communicating with clients at all levels by phone or video call.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in localization, translation, or project management.
  • Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or a university degree.
  • Knowledge of another language preferred.
  • Experience with XTM, Phrase, and/or FineReader preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
