Description

Audit a representative sample of completed linguist submissions.
Verify that IPA transcriptions accurately reflect pronunciation in the audio recordings.
Review the associated audio and orthographic transcriptions.
Identify errors or inconsistencies in prior validation or correction decisions.
Provide corrections where applicable, subject to confirmed project scope.
Work within the client-owned platform.
Meet agreed turnaround times and project quality standards.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in one of the target locales: fr_CA, en_US, pt_PT, vi_VN, de_DE, ko_KR, tr_TR, it_IT, id_ID, nl_NL, th_TH, es_ES, ms_MY, pl_PL, ja_JP, or he_IL.
Strong knowledge of IPA phonetic transcription and phonetics.
Prior experience with CAT tools or similar client-owned platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently against quality benchmarks.
Availability for approximately 20 hours from project kickoff through mid-October 2026.
Ability to support a project beginning in early October 2026 and lasting approximately two weeks.
