Description

  • Perform quality assurance testing for products by following test instructions and test cases.
  • Evaluate the quality of written and spoken Korean text for localized services.
  • Review and create content for music and TV applications as assigned.
  • Follow project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, checklists, and glossaries.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
  • Prioritize tasks and issues efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Collaborate with international teams to monitor and improve client product quality and partner data integrations.
  • Make informed quality judgments when requirements or information are ambiguous.

Requirements

  • Native-level Korean proficiency and strong cultural awareness.
  • Knowledge of Korean local movies, TV shows, music, literature, social media platforms, and cultural nuances.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
  • Ability to maintain focus and motivation during repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and deadline management in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prevent recurring errors.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgment calls.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work assigned 40-hour weekly shifts, including possible weekends, holidays, or hours outside normal business hours.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and XML knowledge is preferred.
