Description

  • QA various products by accurately following testing instructions and test cases.
  • Adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, and client-preferred checklists and glossaries.
  • Complete assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner.
  • Work cooperatively with international teams to monitor and improve client product quality and partner data integrations.
  • Evaluate the quality of written and spoken text within your linguistic and geographic area of expertise.
  • Support content review and creation for Music and TV applications when needed.
  • Make informed judgment calls when facing ambiguity or incomplete information.
  • Help identify, prioritize, and prevent recurring issues through careful review and analysis.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Korean.
  • Ability to work remotely from Japan.
  • Full-time availability for a 12-month contract starting immediately, with potential for extension.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour day on a 40-hour weekly schedule across assigned shifts (Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, or Sun-Thu).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stay motivated and focused while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and judgment skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Wide-ranging, up-to-date knowledge of local movies, TV shows, music, literature, social media platforms, and cultural sensitivities.
  • Knowledge of advanced spreadsheets and XML is a plus.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
