Description

  • Analyze style guide and glossary updates and assess their impact across quality categories and content types.
  • Track client Language Manager feedback, corrections, and decisions from calibration and quality discussions.
  • Lead alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality digests covering performance, improvement priorities, updates, errors, and arbitration outcomes.
  • Coach reviewers through one-to-one feedback, shadowing sessions, and training based on alignment data.
  • Develop evidence-based style guide proposals from recurring quality and justification patterns.
  • Share cross-locale quality patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
  • Own the locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance.
  • Maintain accurate, well-evidenced arbitration records and manage quality escalations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the client’s Language Manager on clarifications, quality discussions, and expectation tracking.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles.
  • Native-level Slovak and professional-level English.
  • Experience serving as the primary contact for client Language Managers, including arbitration, escalations, and conflict resolution.
  • Deep practical experience with RQE, LQE, error rubrics, severity mapping, and localization evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and adapt quality tolerance by content type.
  • Experience facilitating one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and monthly quality reporting.
  • Ability to track error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores and translate findings into style guide improvements.
  • Experience supporting major technology localization programs and using calibration or alignment tools (preferred).
  • Must be physically located in an approved country.
  • Must complete a background check during onboarding.
