Description

  • Interpret and maintain the client’s quality standards for the Georgian locale across UI, marketing, informational, legal, product, and support content.
  • Review style guide and glossary updates, assess their impact, and track client feedback from calibration and quality discussions.
  • Serve as the primary linguistic contact for the client’s Language Manager, handling clarifications, arbitrations, escalations, and expectation tracking.
  • Lead alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality digests covering performance, improvement priorities, updates, errors, and arbitration outcomes.
  • Coach reviewers through one-to-one feedback, shadowing sessions, and training based on alignment data.
  • Own the locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance.
  • Maintain accurate, evidence-based arbitration records before submission to the client.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and propose style guide improvements, sharing cross-locale trends with the Quality Manager.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles.
  • Native-level Georgian and professional-level English.
  • Experience serving as the primary contact for client Language Managers, including arbitration, escalation, and conflict-resolution processes.
  • Deep practical experience with localization quality frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping.
  • Ability to analyze style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and apply quality tolerance by content type.
  • Experience facilitating one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and monthly quality reporting.
  • Ability to track error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores and convert findings into style guide improvements.
  • Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and using calibration or alignment tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor for approximately 24 hours per month.
  • Physical location in one of the listed approved countries and willingness to complete a background check.
