Description

  • Develop and deploy product features across the full stack, including Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs, define solutions, and deliver outcomes.
  • Own the full delivery process from problem discovery through implementation and release.
  • Decide when to ship a rapid MVP versus when to build more scalable and robust foundations.
  • Apply best practices in testing, documentation, reliability, and security.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define scope, negotiate requirements, and align on solutions.
  • Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed.
  • Contribute to the team’s overall performance and support a collaborative, high-quality engineering culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
  • Location: London.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals for designing, debugging, and delivering dependable systems.
  • Experience building AI products end-to-end, at a startup, through side projects, or at scale.
  • Comfort working full-stack across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
  • Experience working with customers or stakeholders to define scope and deliver solutions.
  • Demonstrated drive, such as independently launching projects or contributing to open source.
  • Experience with FastAPI and Django.
