Description

  • Own end-to-end project planning, including scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive project governance cadence and maintain structured delivery oversight.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Track and manage dependencies across internal teams, vendors, and third parties, and escalate blockers with options and trade-offs.
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control and align stakeholders on impacts to timeline, cost, and capacity.
  • Facilitate delivery execution rhythms such as working sessions, weekly check-ins, and steering updates.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, stakeholder updates, and handover packs.
  • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and are operationally ready for go-live.
  • Produce reporting dashboards and executive summaries with delivery confidence indicators and key risks.
  • Support intake reviews, PMO governance standards, and continuous process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–7+ years of project management experience in a technology, SaaS, platform, or implementation environment.
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects involving engineering and product teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and/or Odoo Projects for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Jira is required to collaborate with engineering teams and interpret delivery artifacts.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Additional related certifications are nice to have.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in ticketing, events, travel, hospitality, or high-volume consumer platforms is a plus.
  • Experience delivering integrations with APIs, partners, or third-party vendors is a plus.
  • Exposure to multi-market launches, localization, or international delivery teams is preferred.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus; English is required.
