Description

  • Publish and update event listings, blogs, and guides in the CMS.
  • Ensure accuracy in metadata, images, formatting, brand tone, and compliance during publishing.
  • Manage multiple publishing requests while meeting 48-hour standard and 24-hour priority SLA deadlines.
  • Perform QA checks and UX reviews on live pages, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
  • Implement SEO brief requirements such as keywords, tagging, and structured data before publishing.
  • Track published content performance and maintain organized reporting sheets and dashboards.
  • Collect and analyze metrics including publishing velocity, errors, and SEO performance.
  • Deliver clear reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use Google Workspace and AI tools to support structured workflows and publishing efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Event Ops, BD, Creative, and Performance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Preferred industry experience in copywriting or data entry.
  • Experience working under tight timelines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow brand standards and SEO guidelines before publishing.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Nice to have: experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for visuals or QA checks.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or image/SEO assistants.
  • Ability to identify workflow blockers and propose practical solutions.
