Description

  • Review a variety of content projects to verify industry accuracy.
  • Check whether project information is correct for your field of expertise.
  • Identify sections that need clarification or better explanation.
  • Recommend edits that writers and editors can implement.
  • Help ensure content is educational, factually accurate, and audience-appropriate.
  • Use your industry experience to validate technical details, tools, materials, and practices.
  • Explain complex concepts in a way that is accessible to non-experts while preserving technical accuracy.

Requirements

  • Long-term, hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction.
  • Experience in management or hands-on roles related to roofing, flooring, or building.
  • One of the following desired credentials: Roofing Contractor License, OSHA-10 safety training certification, General Contractor License, NASP certification, CCM, CPC, PMP, PRMP, PSP, LEED AP, Qualified Elevator Inspector, Certified Elevator Technician, IDEA certification, or another current professional certification relevant to your field.
  • Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 4 hours of remote availability per week.
  • Ability to increase availability to as much as approximately 15 hours per week if client demand expands.
  • Ability to accept or decline projects within 48 hours of receiving them and complete accepted reviews within 48 hours.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • A great internet connection and a comfortable workspace for fully remote work.
