Description

  • Design webflow.com as a brand experience, shaping pacing, narrative, flow, motion, interaction, and state across the visitor journey.
  • Build and ship brand work directly on Webflow, carrying projects from concept to production without handoff at the seam.
  • Own the technical implementation of the marketing surface area, including CMS architecture, component systems, and publishing workflows.
  • Make architectural decisions that balance brand ambition with performance, scalability, accessibility, SEO, and long-term maintainability.
  • Deliver launches, campaign pages, and fixes quickly and accurately under deadline pressure.
  • Extend brand systems across campaigns, conference environments, editorial, film, and in-product surfaces.
  • Experiment with AI-assisted design, generative code, and agentic tooling, then turn proven experiments into production practice.
  • Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Growth, Legal, and Events to unblock launches and campaigns.
  • Mentor designers and marketers through pairing, feedback, and reusable systems or guardrails.
  • Translate technical constraints into clear language for non-technical partners and feed insights back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience spanning brand design and web design or development.
  • Experience designing marketing websites as a primary brand surface, including narrative, flow, and interaction.
  • Deep Webflow expertise, including CMS structures, components, interactions, performance work, and system-level thinking.
  • Experience contributing to brand work beyond websites, such as campaigns, environments, editorial, motion, or product surfaces.
  • Active AI fluency with real production use of AI and agentic tooling.
  • Comfort reading HTML and CSS and adapting JavaScript; professional development experience is not required.
  • A portfolio showing both identity-level craft and shipped, high-traffic sites with architecture-level thinking.
  • Remote-first eligibility in the United States or BC/ON, Canada.
  • Full-time, permanent, exempt role.
  • Ability to work with a valid right to work authorization depending on country of employment.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $162,500-$195,000 in US Zone A, $153,300-$184,000 in US Zone B, $143,300-$172,000 in US Zone C, or CAD $177,000-$213,000 in BC/ON, Canada.
  • Eligibility for Webflow’s company-wide bonus program / annual WIN bonus program.
