Description

Work with operations leads to understand evolving training needs for Fleet Response operators.
Design and build training systems that cover every aspect of a Fleet Response operator’s role.
Leverage Waymo’s simulation platforms to create realistic training environments.
Support the development of training programs that prepare operators to assist Waymo’s cars and riders.
Collaborate with the operations team to expand and improve the training suite over time.

Requirements

Experience working with operations teams or training stakeholders to define training needs.
Ability to design and build structured training systems or programs.
Experience using simulation or other realistic environment tools for training purposes.
Willingness to support a role tied to autonomous vehicle operations.
Remote work may not be available in all locations; candidates should discuss preferred remote location with a recruiter.
Full-time position based in the US.
Salary range of $213,000 to $263,000 USD.
Compensation may vary based on work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
