Description

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for the product area.
  • Develop product experiences that blend digital capabilities with human-assisted services across the customer journey.
  • Partner with Product and business leaders to identify opportunities that improve customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and other leaders to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, direction, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate strategy into execution by making trade-offs, prioritizing investments, and driving product outcomes.
  • Build business cases, assess financial impacts, and use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and guide learning.
  • Navigate dependencies, ambiguity, and organizational complexity while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify and leverage AI-enabled capabilities and workflows to improve customer experience, product velocity, and quality.
  • Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, learning, coaching, operational excellence, and refined product practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience defining and executing product vision and strategy for complex customer-facing products, services, or platforms.
  • Deep SaaS product management experience across growth-stage and scaled product environments.
  • Experience in financial services, business services, or adjacent industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Customer Success, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Proven ability to derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize investments across multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including leading Product Managers and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience building business cases and aligning product investments to financial outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data-related field, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leading large mission-critical products with significant business and technology change.
  • Minimum of 2+ years leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or above.
