Description

  • Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals involving potential policy violations.
  • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, evidence-based, unbiased, and timely investigations into reported content.
  • Support resolution of issues escalated by moderation teams.
  • Respond to incoming user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reports.
  • Work with other departments to track and resolve bugs and other technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine policies that improve creator and reader experience.
  • Keep up to date on current events and assist with policy research and analysis.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in trust and safety or community management.
  • Experience with UGC moderation.
  • Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese.
  • Strong proficiency with technology and experience using Zendesk or other helpdesk software, Airtable, SharePoint, and MS Office.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex cases.
  • Interest in content policy, compliance, and/or internet governance.
  • Experience working in a multicultural company.
