Description

  • Build and execute an outbound strategy to identify and prospect new partners across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Define ideal partner profiles by segment, market, and maturity level.
  • Qualify, engage, and onboard marketing agencies, system integrators, and software resellers.
  • Run discovery calls, pitch Wati’s value proposition, and present the Partner Program.
  • Develop relationships within the regional marketing and technology ecosystem.
  • Support partners with technical and commercial knowledge of Wati’s platform and use cases.
  • Guide partners through the full journey from targeting and commercial development to activation and early co-selling or referral motions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Share partner feedback, market insights, and ecosystem learnings internally.
  • Contribute to improving the Partner Program, playbooks, and acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including agencies, integrators, and resellers.
  • Ability to explain technical SaaS products in a clear and commercial way.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish; English required for internal communication.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
  • Experience building or scaling SaaS partner programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, messaging platforms, or automation tools is a bonus.
  • Experience working with Brazil and/or LATAM markets is preferred.
  • Background in agencies, system integrators, or software vendors is a plus.
