Description

  • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, including cuts, captions, sound design, b-roll, and pacing.
  • Produce multiple ad creative variations quickly and at volume.
  • Help write hooks, scripts, and captions under senior direction.
  • Coordinate with freelance UGC creators and on-camera talent, including scheduling shoots and organizing footage.
  • Manage posting schedules and basic channel administration across platforms.
  • Monitor trends, formats, and performance in finance and business content.
  • Track basic content performance metrics and share observations with the team.
  • Create email marketing content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, professionally or through a serious side project or personal channel.
  • A reel or portfolio demonstrating short-form pacing, hooks, captions, and platform-native editing.
  • Strong writing instincts with the ability to improve captions, hooks, and opening lines.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-iteration environment.
  • Ability to create content across email, organic, and paid channels, including statics and videos.
  • Background or genuine interest in finance, markets, trading, or quant topics is preferred.
  • Experience running or managing a social media account with real engagement is preferred.
