Description

  • Partner with art directors, designers, strategists, and creative directors to develop integrated campaign platforms.
  • Create brand narratives, messaging territories, verbal frameworks, and full-funnel campaign copy.
  • Translate complex B2B messaging into compelling copy across campaign, demand generation, content, and experiential tactics.
  • Evaluate conceptual writing quality and maintain consistent, differentiated voice and tone across audiences and personas.
  • Collaborate with social and content teams and support creative directors in bringing campaigns to life.
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently in internal and client presentations.
  • Coach and mentor copywriters and associate copywriters.
  • Stay current on advertising trends, B2B marketing innovation, and AI-enabled creative workflows while incorporating feedback to improve work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency copywriting experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, full-funnel copywriting expertise, and award-winning work.
  • Exceptional conceptual and copywriting skills across campaign, brand, and content formats.
  • High proficiency with AI platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, strategy, social, and content teams.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, accountability, and receptiveness to candid feedback.
  • Ability to present ideas with passion, clarity, and confidence.
