Description

  • Lead the conceptual development of integrated campaign platforms with art directors and strategists.
  • Guide, review, and approve creative work across copywriting, art direction, and design teams.
  • Translate complex B2B messaging into compelling full-funnel copy across campaign tactics and buyer journeys.
  • Develop scalable messaging platforms, brand narratives, verbal frameworks, and adaptable voice-and-tone systems.
  • Collaborate with strategy, PR, media, social, and content teams to unify integrated activations.
  • Present campaign concepts and messaging frameworks to senior internal and client stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach copywriters, provide creative-review feedback, and support hiring and performance management.
  • Contribute strategic and creative work to new-business pitches, thought leadership, and agency growth initiatives.
  • Stay current on advertising trends, B2B marketing innovation, and AI-enabled creative workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of agency copywriting experience, preferably in B2B or complex industries.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, full-funnel copywriting, and award-winning work.
  • Exceptional conceptual and copywriting skills across campaign, brand, and content formats.
  • Deep experience leading integrated campaigns and brand messaging systems.
  • High proficiency with AI platforms.
  • Ability to set and uphold high creative-quality standards.
  • Strong collaboration, presentation, feedback, and client-relationship skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable approach to shifting priorities and agency-paced work.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and improving creative craft.
